1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jonelle.Life, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Coaching and Educational Services

Jonelle.Life provides faith-based life coaching, mentoring, and educational materials for personal and spiritual development.
All content, materials, and coaching sessions are designed for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after participation in any service or program.

3. Scheduling and Sessions

Sessions are scheduled directly through our booking system or via email. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and non-refundable.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments for coaching sessions, packages, or programs must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

For any ongoing or subscription-based programs, you may cancel at any time within 30 days of your initial payment for a full refund of unused services. After the first 30 days, cancellations will end future billing but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, session content, and written resources provided by Jonelle.Life—including but not limited to text, graphics, and downloadable guides—are the intellectual property of Jonelle Kazarian and Jonelle.Life.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Jonelle.Life and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our Site or services. All coaching is offered in good faith as support for your personal and spiritual growth.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
