MY STORY

Wife, Minister, Therapist, Mentor - and Always Up for a Good Meal and a Great Conversation -

About 8–10 years ago, the Lord gave me a phrase that wouldn’t let go of me: “Fork in the Road.” I didn’t know exactly what it would become, but I knew it would carry weight.

It speaks to those pivotal moments in life—when you’re standing at a crossroads, needing clarity, courage, and discernment to move forward. It’s also a little tongue-in-cheek, because if you know me, you know I believe in savoring the journey—and yes, I even picture a literal fork in the road.

That’s how my brand was born:

“Fork in the Road: Where Desire, Discernment & Deliciousness Meet.”

I’ve spent the last two decades helping women and couples navigate these moments of transformation. As an ordained minister, licensed marriage and family therapist, and lifelong mentor, I walk with people as they rediscover who they are, what matters most, and how to move forward with intention and faith.

My mission is deeply rooted in the belief that your Full Bloom - the beautiful, vibrant, purpose-filled season of life - is not behind you… it’s ahead.
